摘要: 本文通过对比实验, 研究了化学镀镍对于PTC效应影响的机理. 结果表明, 对于某些致密的PTC半导体陶瓷, 化学镀镍后其室温电阻变小、升阻比下降不是由于?镀液的渗透, 而是与镀镍过程中发生的化学反应有关. 首次提出了化学镀过程中?产生的初生态氢原子影响PTC效应的观点.

Abstract: A fundamental study of the influence of electroless nickel plating on PTC effect in some semiconducting ceramics of (Ba1-xPbx)TiO3 was made by comparison experiment. It was discovered that in some dense PTC ceramics the influence of nickel plating was not due to the permeation of plating solution into the ceramics, but was related to the reactions in the course of nickel plating. It was first proposed in this paper that nascent hydrogen generated in nickel plating could have influence on PTC effect.
