摘要: 本文详细介绍了我们在Li2B4O7晶体增润下降法生长方面的研究进展,报道了φ3″、φ4″无芯区、无孪晶、无云层、无开裂和无散射的Li2B4O7晶体的生长条件与缺陷消除,包括高纯原料的制备与成型、缓慢的生长速率、微凸和平的固液界面形状和适当的自退火工序.同时还简要介绍了该晶体的基本性能,综述了近年来的研究进展以及该晶体在SAW器件方面的应用.

Abstract: Research progress on Li2B4O7 crystals grown by inodihed Bridgman techimque (Fan s process)in our lab are intruduced in detail. The features of Li2B4O7 growth such as (1) the criticalrequirement of stoichiometric purity for raw material, (2) very low growth rate, (3) a convex orplane solid-liquid interface and (4) a suitable proccdure of self- anmeaimg are discussed. 3" and4" Li2B4O7 boules with core-free, twin-free, no striation, no crack and no scattering particlehave been grown stably by the BR techniq. Properties of the crystal and its application in SAW devices are also reviewed.
