Studies on Synthesis and Properties of High Temperature Piezoelectric Ceramic Materials: Ca-(Na, Ce)-Bi-Ti System

Abstract: The partly replacement and doping of CaBi4Ti4O15 ceramics were investigated, and a netthigh temperature piezoelectric ceramic Ca-(Na, Ce)-Bi-Ti system was obtained. A series of doping(including one or two oxides) was developed on this new powder system. Their curie temperatures are reduced, while their d33 and oiller piezoelectric properties are improved greatly.This new system is a very promising high temperature piezoelectric ceramic material for practical application.
