摘要: 以熔体提拉法生长了Nd:Zn:LiNbO3晶体,研究了最佳生长条件.对晶体的光学均匀性参数一双折射梯度及消光比做了测试.研究了晶体的光致双折射变化及其红外透射谱,证明它有很好的抗光伤性能.

Abstract: The Nd.Zn:LiNbO3 crystal was grewn under the best technique with czochralski method. Its direfractive gradient and the extinction rate were measured. The photo induced refractive change and the infrared transmission spectrum show that the crystal has good optical-damage-resistant.
