摘要: 利用Al-Ti-TiO体系放热反应,采用自蔓延高温合成工艺。原位合成了TiAl基体和Al颗粒,成功制备出TiAl/Al复合材料.结合差热分析,通过对不同温度下反应产物相组成分析;对Al-Ti-TiO体系燃烧反应过程进行了初步研究.结果表明,铝热还原反应是一个分步过程,先期发生的Al-Ti、Ti-TiO反应降低了Al-TiO还原反应的起始温度.

Abstract: TiAl base composites reinforced by submicron Al2O3 particles were produced by Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis (SHS) in use of the exothermic reaction of Al-Ti-TiO2 system. The reaction process was investigated with phase analysis of DTA samples quenched at different temperatures. The results indicate that the thermite reduction of TiO2 involves several transitional stages and its initiatory temperature is lowered by prior reactions between Al and Ti, Ti and TiO2.
