摘要: 反应烧结碳化硅以其适中的机械性能、抗氧化性能和相对较低的造价而日益受到重视.本文对反应烧结碳化硅的类型、当前研究热点及反应烧结机理进行了综合评述.

Abstract: Reaction sintered silicon carbides are getting more and more attention because of their proper mechanical strength, oxidation resistance and low cost. In this paper, the type, the focus of current research about reaction sintered silicon carbide and the reaction mechanism of carbon with molten silicon were reported.
