摘要: 本文以扫描电镜、X射线荧光分析仪、二次中性粒子质谱仪和X射线衍射仪研究了以溶胶-凝胶法制备的BaO-TiO2-SiO2系涂层在波特兰水泥中的稳定性.结果表明,涂层能在较长时间内防止80℃的饱和Ca(OH)2溶液和波特兰水泥浸出液对基玻璃的侵蚀.以涂层的E-玻璃纤维增强水泥体,可有效地提高GRC材料的耐久性.

Abstract: Stability of BaO-TiO2-SiO2 sol-gel derived coatings in Portland Cement was studied by the scanning electron microscopy, X-ray fluorescence analysis, secondary neutral mass spectrometer,and X-ray diffrastion. The results showed that BaO-TiO2-SiO2 coatings can protect the silicate glass substrate against the attack of saturated Ca(OH)2 and Portland cement aqueous solutions at 80℃ for a long period of time. The long term stability of GRC composites reinforced with coated E-glass fibers is apparently improved.
