Al2O3对镁镧钛陶瓷介电性能及显微结构的影响

Influence of Al2O3 on the Dielectric Properties of Magnesium Lanthanum Titanate Ceramics

摘要: 制备了具有不同Al含量的镁镧钛陶瓷,并通过XRD和SEM及材料介电性能测试结果的分析研究了Al对镁镧钛陶瓷材料的介电性能、晶相组成和显微结构的影响.结果发现,材料的相对介电常数εr随Al含量的增加而降低,其品质因数=1/tgδ)则相对保持了较高数值,最高可达14430(10GHz);不含Al的镁镧钛陶瓷的晶相为MgTiO和La0.66TiO2.99,加入Al后,出现新晶相MgAl和MgA1Ti925,同时晶粒的平均尺寸有了显著的减小.

Abstract: Magnesium lanthanum titanate ceramics were prepared.The influence of Al2O3 on the dielectric properties of magnesium lanthanum titanate ceramics was studied by XRD, SEM. The study shows that with the increase of the content of Al2O3, the εr decreases, and the quality factor Q(Q=1/tgδ) values can be up to 14430 at 10GHz. The main crystal phase of the sample without Al2O3 is MgTiO3 with small amount of La0.66TiO2.99; with Al2O3 added, new crystal phases MgAl2O4 and Mg4Al2Ti9O25 s.s appeare, meanwhile, the grain size of materials reduces obviously.
