Abstract: The pure and Li-doped MoO3 thin films were successfully fabricated by the hydrogen peroxide sol-gel process at room temperature. The structural transformation
in process of the film formation was studied by using TG-DTA and FTIR. The electrochemical and electrochromic properties of the films were studied by cylic
voltammetry and optical spectra. The results show that Li-doped MoO3 sol possesses an excellent stability and the Li-doped MoO3 films exhibit an
improved electrochemical cyclic stability with a pronounced electrochromic performance.
