摘要: 本文研究了粉体粒径、添加剂种类、含量对膜孔性能的影响,用自制的装置测定膜的平均孔径、孔径分布、孔隙率、气通量和水通量.用固态烧结技术制得了平均孔径为0.45μm、孔分布狭窄、孔隙率为50%的陶瓷膜管.

Abstract: The influences of particle size distribution and additive contents on properties of ceramicmembrane were investigated. The average pore size, pore size distribution, the porosity, gas andliquid flux were determined. The microporous membranes with average pore size of 0.45μm andporosity of 50% were prepared by solid state sintering technology.
