摘要: 综述了Al2O3异向生长晶粒微观结构的特征,详细论述了不同添加剂、不同晶种及引入方式对Al2O3晶粒异向生长、显微结构及其力学性能的影响,分析了不同条件下Al2O3晶粒的异向生长机理,阐述了异向生长晶粒增韧Al2O3陶瓷的机制.

Abstract: This paper presented the characterization of microstructure of A12O3 with abnormal grain growth (AGG). The effect of different additives, seeds and introduction of seeds on AGG, microstructure and mechanical property of A12O3 was summarized systematically. The mechanism of AGG under different conditions was discussed. Also, the mechanism to toughen A12O3 ceramics with AGG was interpreted preliminarily.
