热处理ZSM-5制备微孔-介孔双孔分子筛

摘要: 对商品化ZSM-5分子筛进行热处理制得了微孔-介孔双孔分子筛,微孔和介孔的结构特征由热处理工艺决定.其中在1000℃的空气中热处理2h的样品,介孔部分对比表面积的贡献已接近微孔部分对比表面积的贡献.这种双孔分子筛有很窄的介孔孔分布和较高的结晶度.

Abstract: A microporous and mesoporous bimodel molecular sieve was made from commercial ZSM-5 through heat treatment routine. The structure of the
bimodel molecular sieve is strongly dependent on the treatment conditions (temperature and time). The sample treated at 1000℃ for 2h
has the highest mesopore phase, and the contribution of the mesopore phase to the BET surface area is comparable to the contribution of the micropore phase. The bimodel molecular sieve has narrow mesopore pore diameter
distribution and high crystallinity.
