摘要: 本文对TiO2原料的品型、颗粒状况和纯度对γ3+掺杂BaTiO3基PTCR材料的显微结构、电性能的影响作了探讨.结果表明,TiO2原料的晶型、颗粒大小和团聚状况都将影响到PTCR陶瓷的显微结构.TiO2原料的晶型对PTCR陶瓷半导化过程有影响.原料存在杂质和团聚,将使PTCR陶瓷的电阻—温度特性变差.

Abstract: This paper discussed the effects of polymorphic form, purity and particle-size and agglomeration of TiO2 powders on microstructure and electric properties of PTCR ceramics based onY-doped BaTiO3. The results show that, microstructures of PTCR ceramics are influenced by polymorphic form, particle-size of the TiO2 powders. The semiconducting process of PTCR ceramics is also influenced by polymorphic form of TiO2. The impurity and agglomeration of raw materials will lead to degradation of PTC effect for the ceramics materials.
