固溶体类型对钛酸铝热稳定性的影响

摘要: 本文采用添加剂与钛酸铝形成不同类型的固溶体的方法,研究了固溶体类型对钛酸铝热稳定性的影响.结果表明:无论是在未稳定化的钛酸铝中,还是在用Fe2稳定的钛酸铝中,形成连续固溶体对抑制钛酸铝热分解的效果最佳,而填隙固溶体和有限置换固溶体的稳定效果不如连续固溶体的好,相比之下,形成不等价态置换固溶体的钛酸铝,其稳定性最差.

Abstract: The effect of type of solid solution on the thermal stability of aluminium titanate (Al2TiO5) was investigated by using additives
to form different type of solid solution with Al2TiO5. It is shown that the formation of complete solid solution in both unstabilized
Al2TiO5 and Fe2O3-stabilized Al2TiO5 has the best effect on suppressing the thermal decomposition of Al2TiO5;interstitial solid solution and limited substitutional solid solution
are inferior to complete solid solution in stabilizing Al2TiO5;in contrast, the stability of Al2TiO5 which forms unequal-valency
substitutional solid solution is poorest.
