摘要: 采用Sol-Gel法和微波法合成了亚纳米级Zn2SiO4:Mn2+高效绿色光致发光荣光体,考察了Mn2+单掺的荧光体的发光行为及掺杂浓度对产物发光性质的影响.微波条件下合成的荧光体,有两个激发峰和一个发射峰分别恒定于214、249和522um,即它们均不随掺杂离子浓度不同而改变.SEM表明Zn2SiO4:Mn2+粒度为150~350nm的不规则的球形.

Abstract: Sol-Gel and microwave radiation methods were used to synthesize the phosphors of silicateoxyapatites doped with Mn2+. The high efficient, green color, subnanometer phosphors Zn2SO4:Mn2+ with 150~350urn particle sizes were obtained.
