摘要: 以乙酸锰为原料, 采用简单的溶剂热法在二甲基亚砜和水的溶液中合成出尺寸只有数纳米的Mn3O4颗粒, 对样品进行了FT-IR、XRD、TEM等表征. XRD衍射峰显示产物物相为Mn3O4. 磁性能测试结果表明这种纳米材料室温下表现为顺磁性.

Abstract: Nanometer trimanganese tetraoxide nanocrystals were synthesized in DMSO medium with a solvothermal method. The products were characterized by XRD, TEM and FT-IR spectra. The XRD patterns showed that the phase was Mn3O4. The magnetic properties were investigated on a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results showed that the magnetic performance of the nano Mn3O4 was paramagnetic at room temperature.
