摘要: 无定形磷酸钙由于具有良好的生物活性、细胞黏附性、可控的生物降解速率和优异的骨传导性能, 在生物医学领域有着广阔的应用. 本文从化学组成、结构、形貌、溶液中的相转变、热处理相转变以及生物医学应用等方面综述了无定形磷酸钙的最新研究进展.

Abstract: Amorphous calcium phosphates have been widely applied in biomedical fields due to their excellent bioactivity, high cell adhesion, adjustable biodegradation rate and good osteoconduction. Chemical composition, structure, morphology, phase transformation in the aqueous solution or during the process of heat treatment and biomedical application of amorphous calcium phosphates are reviewed in this paper.
