Structure Analysis of Tellurite Laser Glass

Abstract

Abstract: The structure of telluritc laser glass was analysed by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectra, raman spectraand X-ray photoelectron spectra. The glass structure mAlNly consisted of TeO₃₊₁ structure units or TeO₃structure units, and distorted TeO₄ units also existed.
