Abstract: D-E hysteresis, piezoelectric properties and temperature hysteresis phenomena of (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 and (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramics were investigated. Remnant polariza- tion (Pr=19uC/cm2) and coercive field (Ec =4.7kV/mm) of (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramic were obtained in the experiment. Although the substitution of Ba2+ for (Na0.5Bi0.5)2+ can im- prove the piezoelectric properties, it can also induce the deterioration of temperature stability.
