摘要: 采用逐次回归方法对反应烧结制备的刚玉β-Sialon复合材料进行了分析. 研究了材料的体积密度、显气孔率及常温抗折强度与原料的颗粒配比之间的关系, 得到
了回归效果良好的数学模型, 验证结果表明回归方程的预报与实验值相当接近, 回归方程可用于刚玉/β-Sialon复合材料常温物理性能的预报.

Abstract: In the investigations on sintering properties of corundum/β-Sialon composite materials prepared by reaction sintering, the stepwise regress method was used to establish the models of
properties (bulk density, apparent porosity, and modulus of rupture at room temperature). The results of checking experiments are in accordance with the regress values. This means that the models can
be used to forecast the sintering properties of corundum/β-Sialon composite.
