敏化的TiO2纳米晶表面形貌、晶相、光谱及光催化灭菌研究

摘要: 用sol-gel法,制备了不同形态和晶相的二氧化钛纳米粒子.以叶绿素作为敏化剂对不同形态的二氧化钛纳米晶进行敏化,敏化前后的二氧化钛纳米晶分别用XRD、AFM、紫外可见光谱和荧光光谱进行了表征和分析,表明敏化达到了非常好的光电转换效果.选用白菜的软腐病菌作为实验菌进行评价实验,结果表明敏化的二氧化钛纳米晶在可见光下50min杀菌率几乎达到100%.

Abstract: Different crystalline TiO2 films prepared by the sol-gel method were modified by employing chlorophyll as the sensitizer, and characterized by XRD, AFM, UV-vis absorption spectra and Fluorescence emission spectra. The activity of killing the pathogenic bacteria of cabbage soft rot on chlorophyll-sensitized TiO2 film was investigated. The results show that three TiO2 nanocrystalline particles of anatase, mixed-crystalline and rutile sensitized by natural chlorophyll can effectively kill pathogenic cabbage-soft-rot bacteria under visible light.
