ZrO2高温固态电极交换电流密度的研究

A Study on Exchange Current Density of ZrO2 Solid Electrode at High Temperature

摘要: 利用对称电池MMxOy|ZrO2(MgO)|MMxOy在高温下对固态参比电极的极化特征进行了研究.实验研究表明,在本实验的条件下,极化电流与超电势之间为线性关系.Mo/MoO2参比电极的交换电流密度远大于Cr/Cr2O3、Ni/NiO、Co/CoO参比电极的交换电流密度.电极交换电流密度随参比电极中金属含量的增加及温度的升高而增大.根据实验测试得到了电极反应的活化能.

Abstract: A kind of symmetrical electrochemical cell of the type M, MxOy|ZrO2(MgO)| M, MxOy was used to study the polarization characteristic of solid state reference
electrodes at high temperature. Experimental results show that the variation of overpotential with polarization current is linear. The exchange current
desities for the Mo/MoO2, Cr/Cr2O3, Ni/Ni/O and Co/CoO electrodes, in the order named, are decreasing. The exchange current densities of all kinds of
electrodes are also increasing with the increase of metal ratio in reference electrodes and temperature. The activation energy of the electrode reactions was calculated.
