第三组分对制备莫来石纤维的影响

摘要: 在Al2O3-SiO2体系中, 分别加入FeO、MgO、Na2O等组分, 采用熔融拉丝工艺制备了莫来石连续纤维; 通过X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜及能谱等分析, 研究了莫来石纤维的形成过程及机理. 实验表明: 这种工艺能够制备组织形态为针状的莫来石纤维. 讨论了采用玻璃纤维坩埚拉丝工艺制备莫来石纤维的可行性, 为莫来石连续纤维的工业化推广提供了新的途径.

Abstract: Mullite continuous fibers were prepared in Al2O3-SiO2 system by separately adding FeO, Na2O and MgO with a melt/drawing method. The forming mechanism of mullite was investigated by using SEM, XRD and SEM-EDS. The results show that the mullite fibers with a needle structure can be prepared from the method. This is a new approach of preparing mullite continuous fibers in industry which comes from producing glass fibers process with a crucible.
