Abstract: Magnesium lanthanum titanate ceramics were prepared. The influence of Al2O3 on the dielectric properties of magnesium lanthanum titanate ceramics was studied by XRD, SEM. The study shows that with the increase of the content of Al2O3, the εr decreases, and the quality factor Q(Q=1/tgδ) values can be up to 14430 at 10GHz. The main crystal phase of the sample without Al2O3 is MgTiO3 with small amount of La0.66TiO2.99; with Al2O3 added, new crystal phases MgAl2O4 and Mg4Al2Ti9O25 s.s appeare, meanwhile, the grain size of materials reduces obviously.
