TiO2/SnO2复合薄膜的亲水性能研究

Super-hydrophilicity of TiO2/SnO2 Composite Film

摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2/SnO2复合薄膜,通过XRD、XPS、UV透射光谱的分析及薄膜表面接触角、光催化降解甲基橙等的分析,研究了SnO2与TiO2配比、热处理温度、膜厚度等因素对复合膜的亲水性、透光率及光催化活性的影响.结果表明:复合膜的亲水性和光催化活性均优于单纯TiO2,当SnO2与TiO2的摩尔比为1%~5%时,所制备的薄膜具有超亲水特性;热处理温度为450℃时薄膜亲水性最好,膜厚度的增加有利于亲水性的改善.

Abstract: TiO2/SnO2 composite thin films were prepared on soda-lime glass with the sol-gel method. The influence of
SnO2 doping concentration, heat-treatment temperature and film thickness on the super-hydrophilicity and photocatalytic activity of the composite
films was studied by XRD, XPS, UV-spectra, measuring the contact angle and the degradation of methyl orange. The results indicate that the doping of SnO2
into TiO2 can improve their hydrophilicity and photocatalytic activity, and the composite film with 1%-5% SnO2 and heat-treated at
450℃ is of super-hydrophilicity. The optimal SnO2 concentration for the photocatalytic activity is 10% and larger film thickness is helpful
to reduce the contact angle of the composite films.
