摘要: 本文报道了前驱物分置水热法制备ZllO树体的实验结果对前驱物种类、民应温度与产物物相、晶粒形貌和晶粒颗粒度之间的关系以及前驱物分置条件下晶粒形成过程进行了讨论;并对前驱物分置水热法和普通水热法粉体制备作了比较.
