摘要: 全面系统地回顾了坩埚下降法晶体生长中输运过程的数值模拟近二十年来的研究进展,并进一步作了简单总结.揭示了国外采用计算技术研究晶体生长工艺过程的发展状况和重视程度.

Abstract: This paper overall and systematically reviews the research progress on the numerical simulation of transport process in the vertical Bridgman crystal growth in the last twenty years, and summarises in brief moreover. It reveals the development state by calculation technology to study crystal growth process.
