Abstract: Orthorhombic perovskite La0.66TiO2.993 was Synthesized by hydrothermal method. The particle size of the product was about 300nm, and had agglomeration in some degree. The effect ofhydrothermal conditions on the syntheses was inverstigated. The results indicated that the optimum KOH/Ti, La/Ti, [Ti], temperature and reaction time are 80, 0.7, 0.1mol·L-1,260℃ and 7days, respectively.
