摘要: 研究了多种高聚物类分散剂对亚微米氧化铝浆料流变性的影响,通过优化pH值、分散剂用量等因素,使颗粒间排斥力达到最大,获得了固含量高达58vol%的适合浇注的Al2O3浆料.以该浆料为原料,采用凝胶浇注的方法成型氧化铝陶瓷,获得了显微结构极其均匀的素坯,经1600℃烧结2h,烧结体的相对密度>98%.

Abstract: The influence of various polyelectrolyte dispersants on the rheological properties of sub-micron alumina suspensions was investigated. Stable 58vol% alumina suspensions suitable for casting was prepared by optimizing the factors including pH, dispersant type and amount, etc. Green compacts with homogeneous microstructures were obtained by the gel casting method. Finally, Al2O3 bodies sintered at 1600℃for 2h, with a relative dencity more then 98% were fabricated.
