云母钛制备过程中钛盐水解行为研究

摘要: 本文通过化学分析方法研究了初始钛盐浓度及反应温度对云母钛制备过程的影响.结果表明初始浓度及反应温度均为影响制备过程水解行为的敏感因素.云母钛制备过程的水解产物水合氧化钛对水解过程有自催化作用,其水解活化能为93.8kJ/mol,低于硫酸钛溶液的水解活化能(140.4kJ/mol).

Abstract: The influence of the initial concentration of titanium sulfate and reaction temperature onthe preparation of mica pearl pigments was studied by chedrical analysis method. The resultsindicated that both the initial concentration and the reaction temperature are sensitive faCtors inhydrolysis. The hydrolysis product self catalyzes the hydrolysis process. Also the action energyobtAlNed from the relation of temperature and the degree of hydrolysis of Ti4+ in the preparationof pigments(91.8kJ/mol) was lower than that in the titanium sulfate solution(140.4kJ/mol).
