纳米Ln2O3:Eu(Ln=Gd,Y)荧光粉的燃烧法合成及其光致发光性质

Preparation of Nanocrystallites Ln2O3:Eu(Ln=Gd, Y) by Combustion Synthesis and Photoluminescence

摘要: 本文报道了用燃烧法制备的纳米(5~100nm)Gd2O3:Eu和Y2O3:Eu荧光粉,对它们的晶体结构和光致发光性质进行了研究.结果表明,纳米Gd2O3:Eu和Y2O3:Eu的光致发光性质与常规的Gd2O3:Eu和Y2O3:Eu的性质有很大的差别,纳米Gd2O3:Eu和Y2O3:Eu表现出很强的介观效应.对实验结果进行了初步的探讨.

Abstract: The structure, TEM morphology and photoluminescence(PL) of nanocrystallites Ln2O3;Eu (Ln=Gd, Y) phosphers were studied. Samples were prepared by glycerin(G)-nitrate(N) sollltion combustion synthesis. The particle size of Ln2O3 could be controlled by different ratio of G/N.the influences of mesoscopic effect on PL of Ln2O3: Eu, such as the red shift of the excitation peak,the broading of emission peaks, were discussed.
