摘要: 采用固相反应法合成了掺杂三价铽离子的邻苯二甲酸锌发光材料,测定了其晶体结构、发射光谱和激发光谱.研究了发光强度和发射带及激发带的半宽度与铽离子浓度的关系.提出了从邻苯二甲酸根π,π和n,π*态到Tb3+离子5D4能级的能量传递过程有两个途径:(1)由S1π,π*态直接传递到Tb3+离子5Hi能级,然后经过无辐射跃迁弛豫到5D3能级,再转移给乃T1π,π*态,最后传递到5D4能级;(2)由S1π,π*和Sin,π*态经系间跨越衰减到T1π,π*和T1n,π*态,然后再传递到Tb3+离子的5D4能级.

Abstract: The Tb3+-doped zinc phthalate (ZnPht:Tb) phosphor was prepared by the solid phase reaction of zinc oxide and phthalic anhydride in the saturated water vapor
at 80~100℃. The crystal structure, emission and excitation spectra were determined. The dependence of the fluorescent spectrum properties on the Tb3+
ion concentration was investigated. The energy transfer mechanism from π,π* and n,π* excited states of Pht2- radical to 5D4 energy level of Tb3+
ion was revealed: (1) S1(π,π*, n,π*)→(5Hj,5Lj)→5D3T1(π,π*, n,π*)→5H4; (2) S1(π,π*, n,π*)→ T1(π,π*, n,π*)→5H4.
