Abstract: Ba2ZnZCo2-ZFe12O22-SiO2 microcrystallite glass ceramics were prepared by citrate sol-gel process; The detailed informations of phases
composition and microstructure were obtained by XRD and SEM. It shows that the average crystal size of Ba2ZnZCo2-ZFe12O22-SiO2 microcrystallite
glass ceramics calcined at 1200℃/5h is about 0.3μm; The vector network analyzer was used to measure the complex permeability and dielectric
constant of the samples in the frequency range of 0.1~6.0GHz, the complex dielectric constant and the real part of permeability decrease with measuring
frequency increasing, very obvious resonance peaks were observed in μ’’~ f curves.
