Synthesis of Photophosphor Zn2SO4:Mn2+with Subnanometer Size by Sol-Gel and Microwave Radiation Methods

Abstract: Sol-Gel and microwave radiation methods were used to synthesize the phosphors of silicateoxyapatites doped with Mn2+. The high efficient, green color, subnanometer phosphors Zn2SO4:Mn2+ with 150~350urn particle sizes were obtained.
