Abstract: The sintering characters and phase composition of BaO-CeO2-TiO2 were examined with TG-DTA, SEM, EDAX and XRD. The pretreating temperature and sintering temperature were 900--1100℃ and 1250--1300℃,respectively. The results indicate that the samples Ba 6-3x Ce 8+2x Ti 18 O54(x=0.8) sintered at 1300℃ consist of A and B phases, whose elements molar ratio are Ce:O=1.0:1.3 and Ba:Ti:Ce: O=1.00:6.70:0.35:9.46 respectively. And the above sintered samples with permittivity of 28.72 have the highest quality factor of 4862.13GHz.
