摘要: 介绍了三元硼化物基金属陶瓷的发展现状,以MOFeB基金属陶瓷KHM为例,对三元硼化物基金属陶瓷的原位反应液相烧结工艺过程、烧结机理和力学性能及其应用进行了综述,并对它的应用前景和发展趋势进行了展望.

Abstract: The development status quo of ternary-boride based cermet was surveyed. The in-situ reaction liquid sintering technical process, sintering mechanism and mechanical properties as well as its application of ternary-boride based cermet such as Mo2FeB2 based cermet(KHM) were reviewed. The application foreground and the development trend of this kind of cermet were prospected.
