摘要: 以NiSO4·6H2O和Na2S2O4·2H2O为原料,采用液相法室温合成了Ni3S4纳米粉.考察了影响粉体质量的各种因素,获得了最佳工艺条件,并对制备的纳米粉采用TEM、XRD和络合分析等方法进行了表征.结果表明:本法制备的Ni3S4纳米粉呈尖晶石型、平均粒径为10nm、粒度分布窄、分散性好、纯度高、转化率高.

Abstract: Nano-Ni3S4 powders from NiSO4-6H2O and Na2S2O4·2H2O at ambient temperature by the liquid phase method were prepared. The factors affecting qualities of the powders were researched and the most favorable experimental conditions were obtained. Samples were characterized by TEM,XRD and complexometric analysis. The results show that Ni3S4 powders obtained are spinel and their average size is lOnm with narrow distribution, good separation and high purity.
