固相法制备α-Fe2O3纳米粒子

Solid-Phase Synthesis of Nanophase α-Fe2O3 Particle

摘要: 用固相反应法合成了纳米α-Fe粒子。采用XRD、TEM、Mossbauer对合成样品进行表征,结果表明此方法合成的粒子为α-Fe.其粒子呈花生型,粒子直径为20~40nm左右.

Abstract: Nanophase α-Fe2O3 particles were systhesized by a solid-phase method. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, Mossbauer spectroscopy and TEM. The results show that the prepared samples are α-Fe2O3. The particle sizes of the samples are about 20-40nm and their shapes are peanut-like.
