摘要: 本文采用退火热处理方法, 利用高分辨透射电镜( H R E M) 、选区电子衍射( S A E D) 、 Raman 光谱等技术对 P M N 中 位离子有序无序结构与微区化学组成的关系进行分析研究表明, 退火热处理有助于 位离子有序化; 并且 位离子的有序排列是产生局部化学组成不均匀性的原因.

Abstract: The mechanism of B site ordering and disordering in Lead Magnesium Niobate (PMN) was examined by heat treatment at different annealing time The B-site structural ordering characteristics were exposed by selected area electron diffraction (SAED) and high resolution electron microscopy (HREM) By analyzing the different types of chemical bonds in the BO6 network by the Raman spectroscopy, it was demonstrated that ordered domains in PMN are Mg rich region while disordered domains are Mg poor (or Nb-rich).
