Abstract

Abstract: Rutile titania powders were synthesized by directly hydrolysis of TiCl₄ solutions at 70℃. The precipitates can be transformed into anatase phase without filtering and separation by varying pH of the system. Anatase titania can be transformed into rutile after calcination at 700℃. These phenomena were explained from the viewpoint of structure.
