摘要: 用酚醛树脂和胶体Al(OH)3作原料,用微波加热代替常规加热在较低的温度和极短的时间内合成了粒度分布在5~80nm之间、纯度为98.4wt%的AlN超细粉,用XRD、TEM等手段对粉末进行了表征,并对AlN的合成机理做了进一步的研究.

Abstract: Ultrafine AlN powder, whose diameter was betweeen 5 and 80nm and purity was 98.4wt%, was synthesized by microwave heating in an atmosphere of nitrogen. Phenolformaldehyde resin and colloidal Al(OH)3 were used as starting materials. The properties of the powder were determined by means of XRD, TEM, and so on. The mechanism for microwave synthesis of ultrafine AlNpowder was discussed.
