Microstructures of TiC-A12O3-Fe Composites Prepared by SHS/PHIP

摘要: 对SHS/PHIP技术制备出的TIC-A1-Fe复合材料的微观组织结构进行了分析和研究.结果表明,随着Fe含量的增加,TIC颗粒尺寸减小,Al的分布趋于均匀.在TiC晶粒中发现少量颗粒相;在Fe粘结相中发现具有ε-AlFe0.69型结构的胞状相;TiC晶粒中存在大量位错.

Abstract: The microstructure of TiC-Al2O3-Fe composites prepared by SHS/PHIP was studied. As the Fe content was increased, the particle size of TiC decreased, and the distribution of Al2O3 became homogeneous. There existed a little of particle phase in TiC grains. While some of ε- (AlTi)Fe3Cx cellular phase with -AlFe3C0.69 structure was found in Fe-binder phase. A great deal of dislocation were observed in TiC grains because of the rapid pressing in the process of SHS/PHIP.
