摘要: 本文采用沸腾回流强迫水解法,以硫酸钛为原料,制备出了二氧化钛纳米微粒,并利用红外光谱透射电镜及X光晶体衍射对其进行了表征.结果表明:利用该方法可以在较高的钛盐浓度下[Ti4+浓度可达0.1mol·L-1]制备出均分散圆球状的二氧化钛纳米微粒,粒径大小为20~30nm.

Abstract: Nanometer TiO2 particles were prepared by forced hydrolysis of boiling reflux conditions from Ti(SO4)2 of high concentrations. The specimen was characterized by IR, TEM and XRD.The results show that the TiO2 particles obtained are spherical and their sizes are 20~30um.
