摘要: 应用人工神经网络对反应烧结ZrO2-SiC材料制备中工艺参数与原位SiC颗粒生成量的关系进行拟合和预测,并结合遗传算法优化出了最佳制备工艺.

Abstract: The effects of reaction-sintering temperature and time, forming pressure, carbon black contentand Fe powder content on in-situ SiC powder content in reaction-sintered ZrO2-SiC(p) ceramicswere studied by using artificial neural networks. The optimum process parameters were optimizedwith genetic algorithm.
