摘要: 文设想利用晶界应力设计,人为地造成在陶瓷材料中的物理上的失配,以使在材料的界相间造成适当的应力状态,从而对外加能量起到吸收,消耗或转移的作用,以达到对陶瓷材料强化与增韧的目的.几个系统的初步实验结果表明,这一设想是合理和可行的,且为低成本制造陶瓷材料提供了新的途径.

Abstract: It was assumed that the purpose of strengthening and toughening of ceramic materials can be achieved by adopting
ceramic grain boundary stress designing to make artificially physical mis-match in ceramic materials, which induces a suitable stress state, as the role of absorption, consumption or
transference for applied energy. The experimental results of some systems showed that this assumption is reasonable and feasible, as
well as possible to provide a adaptable way for fabricating ceramic materials with lower cost.
