Abstract: By the carbothermal method and different additives, NbCx(x=0.98)--C three-dimensional netted fibers were prepared in graphite resistance furnace with 0.1 MPa/N2 ambient atmosphere attemperatures of 1070 to 1670℃. The diameters of 3-D netted fibers are 12-38μm, the circumferences are 0.22-2.2mm, the hole diameters are 70-701μm. The proccesing conditions for fabricating NbCx-C 3-D netted fibers, and relative morphology of NbCx-C netted fibers were investigated indetail.
