退火处理对铅基弛豫型铁电体介电、压电性能的影响

Abstract: After thermal annealing, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of lead-based ferroelectric ceramics increase apparently. In PMN-PT system, E=37200, kp=66% d33=530pC/N were obtained;in PZN-PT-BT system, m=29000, kp=51% d33 =624pC/N were obtained. Thermal annealing isa good way to improve the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of lead-based ferroelectric ceramics, and this effect can be attributed to the grain boundary layer and domain wall motion in thesematerials.
