Cu包裹SiC复合粉体热物理化学性能研究

Thermophysical, Thermochemical Behavior of Cu Coated SiC Composite Particles

摘要: 采用直接还原一旋转沉淀颗粒包裹工艺制备具有"核-壳"结构的25SiC/75Cu(vol%) 包裹复合粉体,利用DSC-TG-MS联用技术分析了包裹复合粉体的热物理化学变化行为.结果 表明,在846℃附近发生氧化物分解反应,释放出O2气体;896℃左右出现低共熔混合物的 熔融;950℃以上,SiC与Cu发生反应,释放出CO2气体.

Abstract: 25SiC/75Cu (vol%) coated composite particles were prepared by the reduction-rotation precipitation process. The simultaneous DSC-TG-MS technique was used to characterize the thermophysical and thermochemical behaviour of the coated composite particles. The results show that a decomposition reaction occurs at about 846℃, releasing O2 and leading to a weight loss. The eutectics of Cu-Cu2O and Cu2O-SiO2 melts at about 896℃. SiC will react with Cu at above 950℃, resulting in the formation of CO2 and weight loss.
