Low Firing Bismuth Based Dielectric Ceramics for High Frequency Use

摘要: 本文研究液相添加剂( Cu O、 V 、 Li F、 Pb O、 H B O 、 Bi) 对 Nb-Bi-Zn O 系陶瓷的烧结和介电特性的影响基于实验结果, 研制的 Nb- Bi- Zn O 系陶瓷的烧结温度≤900℃, 介电性能为: ε = 150 ~170 , tan δ= 0002 ~0.008 (100 M Hz) , 电容温度系数( Δ C/C)≤±5 %(1 M Hz)

Abstract: The effects of liquid additives (CuO, V2O5, LiF, PbO, H3BO3, Bi2O3) on the sinterability and dielectric properties of bismuth-based ceramics were
investigated. The sintering temperature of all these materials are lower than 900℃. Nb2O5 ZnO-Bi2O3 ceramics with ε r=150--170,
tanδ=0.002--0.008(100Mhz) and Δ C/C≤±5%(1Mhz) were obtained.
