摘要: 本文研究了影响自燃烧工艺的几个工艺条件,如溶液PH值、溶液中水含量、加热温度等因素对凝胶化的影响;利用差热热重分析仪和X射线衍射仪分析了干凝胶的热历程及产物的物相结构.结果表明,自燃烧粉末的晶化峰温为 509℃,在 800℃ 煅烧2h即可得到晶化的一次颗粒<50nm的BaNdTi14粉末,并分析了产生温度差异的原因。

Abstract: Some factors that affect the behavior of sol-gel process, such as pH value, H2O concentration and heating temperature were investigated. TG-DTAand XRD analysised the procedure of dried gels with increasing temperature and the structure of as-calcined powders. The results indicated that the crystallizing temperature of BaNd2Ti5O14 was 509℃ and the size of the crystallized powders calcined at 800℃ for 2h was 50nm.
